Uma Shankar Pathak, an accomplished artist, completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the College of Art & Crafts, Patna in 2007, followed by two Master of Fine Arts degrees from Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh in 2009 and Venkateshwar Open University in 2020.
