Parthashee Chanda completed his Diploma in Fine Arts in 1995 from Kolkata. He has held solo shows in Chemould Art Gallery, Kolkata in 2009-2010; Lautkala Academy Delhi in 2012, India Habitat Centre, Delhi in 2010-2011; Art Element Gallery 2008-2009 in Delhi and Crimson Art Gallery Banglore in 2011. The force in his works is highlighted through his use of watercolours on paper.
