Born in 1965, Nagesh Goud completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts from College of Fine Arts, Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University, Hyderabad. His paintings combine age old tales and myths, largely drawing his inspiration from Kalamkari and Paithan art. String flat colours are juxtaposed with intricately drawn narratives from Mahabharata and Ramayana.
