Durgesh Bithare is a contemporary abstract artist from Madhya Pradesh, India. He was born on February 23, 1985 in Dhar, a city known for its historical and cultural heritage. He completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Govt. Fine Art College, Dhar in 2006 and his Master of Fine Arts from Govt. Fine Art College, Indore in 2009. Bithare's paintings are inspired by nature and its changing colors and forms. He creates landscapes using layers of dots that do not form any specific shape but rather express the fluidity and movement of nature. He uses colors in different ways to achieve a sense of depth and illusion in his paintings. He does not intend to convey any message through his paintings, but rather to feel nature in his own way.

Bithare has exhibited his paintings in several solo and group shows across India. Some of his notable solo shows are "The Inner Core" at Bharat Bhavan, Bhopal in 2015 and "Colour's of Dhar" at Chhatre Art Gallery, Dhar in 2014.
